We’re invested in supporting your career from day one. That’s why we’ve developed a detailed plan to ensure you succeed at Emanate Technology. We also have clear career progression pathways that can take you from a newbie talent consultant all the way to Director. How far you go is up to you!

  • We know a proper induction sets the tone

    You are important to us from Day 1, that’s why we’ve developed an induction plan that ensures you have access to everything and everyone you’ll need to succeed. Our plan includes the obvious thing like access to all the relevant platforms, meeting key staff members across our national business plus getting to know other consultants in similar roles. We also want you to know more about us - how we got to here and what our plans are for the future we know you’re going to be part of.

  • We like to share our knowledge and learn from each other

    We hold training sessions every fortnight, alternating between local in-person office training and national training via VC. These sessions are run by our leaders, your peers or external facilitators so you are equipped with all the information needed to achieve your goals.

  • We’re individuals who need different things

    We’ll set you up with an individual training and assessment plan to provide support in areas you feel you need more training in. In addition to formal sessions, your manager will also work with you to provide on-the-job coaching and development to help you progress to the next level, and to be the most successful recruiter that you can be.
