About the Role
As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will support modern collaboration environments for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes designing and implementing voice and video systems, integrating UC platforms, and ensuring seamless contact centre experiences.
This is an ideal role for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative, project-oriented setting and wants to work with leading platforms such as Cisco, Microsoft, and RingCentral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement UC and contact centre solutions (Cisco, MS Teams, RingCentral, Webex)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across telephony, video conferencing, and messaging systems
- Collaborate with clients to scope and deliver tailored collaboration environments
- Assist in migrations, upgrades, and system integrations
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure systems meet compliance and quality standards
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Unified Communications or Voice Engineering roles
- Certifications in CCNA/CCNP Collaboration or similar are highly desirable
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Contact Centre Express (UCCX), Webex, MS Teams, and RingCentral
- Working knowledge of SIP, VoIP, QoS, and network fundamentals
- Strong stakeholder communication and troubleshooting skills
