The Opportunity
A major secure‑environment technology program is seeking a Training Services Manager to lead the design and delivery of capability uplift across a large transformation initiative. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, technical specialists, and stakeholders to support the rollout of new systems and ensure users are equipped, confident, and ready for change.
About the Role
- Deliver ICT training across diverse user groups (virtual and in‑person)
- Develop high‑quality learning content including guides, e‑learning modules & workshops
- Conduct training needs analysis and uplift digital capability across the organisation
- Support implementation activities, readiness planning, and user adoption
- Proven ICT training experience within complex or secure environments
- Strong communication and facilitation capability
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, user‑centred learning materials
- Active NV2 or Positive Vetting Clearance
