Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer to support enterprise integration and deployment initiatives across middleware platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and managing TIBCO BusinessWorks applications in secure, Linux-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage runtime environments for TIBCO BW applications
- Implement and maintain runtime configuration packages
- Install and configure TIBCO components across development and production environments
- Manage application deployments, versioning, and rollback strategies
- Ensure secure communication between components using SSL/TLS
- Administer Linux systems and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Collaborate using Bitbucket and SourceTree for version control
- Apply scripting skills to automate deployment and monitoring tasks
- Solve integration and runtime issues across distributed systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with the TIBCO platform:
- BusinessWorks (BW)
- EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service)
- Runtime Agent (TRA)
- TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA)
- TIBCO FTL
- TIBCO Hawk
- Proven expertise in TIBCO installation and configuration
- Solid Linux system administration background
- Experience with deployment management and rollback procedures
- Deep understanding of networking and security:
- SSL/TLS certificate setup
- Port and firewall configuration
- Host-level security and secure messaging
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell, Python)
- Familiarity with Bitbucket and SourceTree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Fully configured BW runtime environments
- Implemented and documented runtime configuration packages for TIBCO BW
