We’re seeking an experienced Program Test Analyst to support a major digital transformation initiative within a large and complex environment. This role sits within a collaborative, delivery-focused team and plays a key part in ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple digital products and services.
You’ll be working closely with project teams, technical specialists and business stakeholders to ensure systems are robust, user-centered and aligned with agreed requirements. What you will be doing In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain system, regression and integration test scripts.
- Execute testing activities, including defect logging, prioritisation and management within established frameworks.
- Collaborate with project and development teams to prepare test environments and resolve issues to meet delivery timelines.
- Contribute to test planning, including automation considerations, scheduling and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation relating to all testing activities.
- Monitor testing progress and risks, providing accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing, including engaging business stakeholders and securing required resources.
- Strong experience across system, integration, regression and UAT in complex environments.
- Ability to interpret functional requirements and design specifications to create effective test scenarios.
- Experience testing with a focus on user experience, accessibility, data privacy and security.
- Hands-on experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE), Certified Agile Tester (CAT) or similar credentials.
- Exposure to automated testing tools, API testing or SQL testing.
- Experience with manual testing frameworks, Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
