- Category: Information & Communication Technology (Consultants, Business/Systems Analysts, or Programme & Project Management)
An established national enterprise undergoing a major corporate systems transformation is seeking a TechnologyOne SME / Delivery Lead to take technical and delivery ownership of their enterprise platform.
This role bridges the gap between functional delivery, hands-on configuration, and project cutover. Initially focused on supporting a large-scale TechnologyOne implementation ensuring environment readiness, release governance, and smooth business adoption. The role will seamlessly transition into the long-term platform SME and delivery owner post go-live.
What You’ll Do

- Hands-on Configuration & Solutions: Translate core business and functional requirements into practical TechnologyOne configurations, managing system baselines, role-based security access, and compliance controls.
- Lead Releases & Cutovers: Coordinate testing cycles, environment schedules, deployments, and production cutovers to ensure controlled, low-risk project execution.
- Engage & Align Stakeholders: Act as the primary conduit between operational business units, corporate finance teams, technical leads, and implementation partners to ensure delivered solutions match operational needs.
- Vendor & Service Management: Collaborate closely with external software vendors and system integrators to manage deliverables, platform performance, and SLAs.
- Continuous Improvement: Post go-live, drive system enhancements, module optimisation, user adoption, and operational continuity in alignment with standard governance frameworks.
- Proven TechnologyOne Experience: Strong functional and/or configuration experience across core TechnologyOne SaaS modules (Finance, Corporate Services, or Enterprise assets).
- ERP Implementation Exposure: Demonstrated background supporting large ERP project rollouts, major upgrades, or transformation work streams.
- Technical & Governance Acumen: Solid understanding of environment management, deployment pipelines, configuration baselines, and release/change controls (ITIL-aligned).
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to unpack complex functional needs, challenge constructively, and manage expectations across diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving Drive: Practical ability to troubleshoot environment issues, support UAT/testing phases, and lead high-stakes cutover activities.
- Take genuine ownership of a flagship enterprise platform from active implementation through to steady-state operations.
- Work in a high-visibility role collaborating directly with senior leadership and experienced delivery partners.
- Enjoy long-term stability and career growth with a premier Queensland employer.
