About the Role As a Technology Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that support the rollout and ongoing use of technology solutions across the organisation. Working with both technical and non-technical teams, you'll provide hands-on training, practical guidance, and ongoing support to help users confidently integrate new technologies into their daily work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching, both in person and virtually.
- Facilitating adoption of AI-enabled tools through practical, user-focused training programs.
- Developing learning resources, user guides, quick-reference materials, and supporting documentation.
- Providing user support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on technology platforms.
- Acting as a key point of contact between end users and internal technology teams, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems, processes, and technology initiatives.
- Monitoring training participation and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, and training content to support ongoing learning.
- Escalating complex technical issues and coordinating with relevant support teams where required.
You are a confident communicator who enjoys helping others develop their skills and confidence with technology. You bring a customer-focused mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for digital innovation.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience delivering technology training in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced functionality such as document formatting, templates, styles, cross-referencing, and productivity tools.
- Experience supporting the adoption of AI tools and emerging workplace technologies.
- Well-developed presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience creating learning materials and training documentation.
- The ability to adapt training delivery to different audiences and learning styles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality user support.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exposure to document management, workflow automation, or legal technology platforms.
- Previous experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
- An understanding of professional and ethical obligations relating to the use of AI and technology.
