Role: Technical Change Manager


SFIA Level: 4 or equivalent

Role Description:
Manage and coordinate technical changes across IT systems to minimise disruption and ensure alignment with change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate technical intent, impact, and risk of changes.
  • Schedule and document changes in the change calendar.
  • Distribute change plans and readiness steps.
  • Monitor execution, validate implementation, manage escalations.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen with preference on TSPV Clearance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Familiarity with ITIL, DCAM, and change management processes.
  • Understanding of incident and problem management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
