Role: Technical Change Manager
SFIA Level:
4 or equivalent
Role Description:
Manage and coordinate technical changes across IT systems to minimise disruption and ensure alignment with change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate technical intent, impact, and risk of changes.
- Schedule and document changes in the change calendar.
- Distribute change plans and readiness steps.
- Monitor execution, validate implementation, manage escalations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Must be an Australian Citizen with preference on TSPV Clearance.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DCAM, and change management processes.
- Understanding of incident and problem management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
