A well-established consulting firm is looking to bring on a Technical Change Analyst to support their Defence‑focused technology practice. This role offers the chance to step into a structured, well‑established Change Management function while working alongside highly experienced technical leaders. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their ICT change capability and build a long‑term consulting career within a high‑performing, nationally recognised firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technical change requests, risk assessments, and impact analysis.
- Coordinate CAB processes and ensure compliance with change governance.
- Assist with release planning, scheduling, and communications.
- Monitor post‑release performance and support rollback when needed.
- Help manage a pipeline of system enhancements.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in ICT change management or service operations.
- Strong understanding of structured change processes.
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- ITIL Certifications or Understanding of operations in Secure Environment
- Minimum Baseline clearance (NV1 preferable)
