Key Responsibilities:
- Align IT systems with business operations by analysing vendor and internal standards.
- Work autonomously with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee and ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.
- Facilitate meetings, brainstorm, build consensus, and interact with executive-level sponsors.
- Support and evolve agile delivery principles and practices within the team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and effective communication.
- Design and facilitate planning workshops using design thinking, lean, and agile practices.
- Assist the team with estimation practices and planning techniques.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups.
- Focus on customer value and eliminate impediments to maximise workflow.
- Document complex business requirements and project scope for various audiences.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in an agile delivery environment.
- Experience as a Systems Analyst is highly desirable.
- Background in development or technical environments.
- Proficient in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, and data models.
- Experience in regulated environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a team.
- Skilled in consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and influence.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus.
- Proficient in requirement elicitation, workshop facilitation, and presentations.
- Analytical and organisational mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about customer and user experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing and completing user acceptance testing.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are highly regarded but not essential.
