- Daily rate of $633 including super per day
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 support across infrastructure and systems
- Support server upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management
- Assist with deployment and configuration of new technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues end-to-end
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders on ongoing initiatives
- Contribute to improving system performance and reliability
- Strong experience in a Microsoft-focused infrastructure environment
- Hands-on across Windows Server, M365, and endpoint management (SCCM/Intune)
- Solid troubleshooting skills across server and network environments
- Comfortable working across both support and project work
- Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
