SOE Engineer – Windows 11 Deployment
Essential Requirements:
- 5 Days on-site Requirement
- A minimum NV1 Clearance must be held, NV2 would be highly advantageous but not essential.
The Role:
Are you ready to lead the transition to Windows 11 across an enterprise environment? My client is looking for a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Engineer to join their high-performing team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, testing, and deploying a secure and optimized Windows 11 SOE ensuring a seamless transition from Windows 10 that aligns with our client's security, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain the Windows 11 SOE using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
- Conduct deployments and gather feedback to refine and enhance the SOE.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SOE configurations, deployment processes, and support procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in SOE engineering and desktop deployment projects.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture and deployment best practices.
- Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy.
- Experience in application packaging, testing, and compatibility troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise-level security standards.
