About the Role
We’re seeking multiple Senior Infrastructure Engineers to support a major desktop modernisation and application packaging program. You’ll work across Intune, Windows 11 SOE uplift, hybrid‑to‑cloud transition activities, and endpoint security, collaborating closely with project teams, cyber specialists, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Package, test and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune(Win32 & MSIX).
- Configure and administer Intune device management, compliance policies, and endpoint configuration.
- Review and enhance SCCM/MECM OS deployment task sequences and modernise Autopilot provisioning.
- Support the transition from hybrid‑joined Windows 11 devices to Entra‑joined SOE with passwordless authentication.
- Troubleshoot application authentication issues and develop technical solutions.
- Implement and support application control and endpoint security controls (AirLock, WDAC).
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate deployment and operational tasks.
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation, knowledge articles, and instructional materials.
- Provide Level 3 support for SOE, application packaging, and endpoint management.
- Contribute to release, change and incident management processes.
- Work collaboratively with project, infrastructure, cyber security and vendor teams.
Technical Skill Requirements
- Strong experience with Win32/MSIX packaging and lifecycle management.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune(Endpoint Manager) configuration, compliance, and device provisioning.
- Intune Autopilot deployment and modern management experience.
- SCCM/MECM OS deployment and task sequence administration.
- Application control technologies (AirLock, WDAC).
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Understanding of Entra ID, Kerberos, AD, DNS, DHCP, Always‑On VPN, and hybrid/cloud device configuration.
- Experience with endpoint security, compliance, and desktop hardening.
