Service Desk Analyst (Level 2) – 6 Week Contract

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to join a collaborative IT team in Canberra for an initial 6-week contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll hit the ground running, supporting a diverse client base across industries such as healthcare and manufacturing.

About the Role You’ll work as part of a team of six under a Senior Analyst and Service Delivery Manager, providing technical support across Microsoft 365 environments.

The role involves:

  • Triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating incidents as needed
  • Supporting small to medium private sector clients
  • Managing workloads, user profiles, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Device and Intune support in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of tickets
Tech Environment
  • Microsoft 365

  • SharePoint (permissions & user profiles)
  • Intune & device management
  • Active Directory (small amount)
About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to client needs. You will bring:
  • Proven experience in a Level 1/2 Service Desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
