We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Service Desk Analyst
to join a collaborative IT team in Canberra for an initial 6-week contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll hit the ground running, supporting a diverse client base across industries such as healthcare
and manufacturing.
About the Role You’ll work as part of a team of six
under a Senior Analyst and Service Delivery Manager, providing technical support across Microsoft 365 environments.
The role involves:
- Triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating incidents as needed
- Supporting small to medium private sector clients
- Managing workloads, user profiles, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
- Device and Intune support in cloud and hybrid environments
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of tickets
- Microsoft 365
- Azure Active Directory
- SharePoint (permissions & user profiles)
- Intune & device management
- Active Directory (small amount)
- Proven experience in a Level 1/2 Service Desk role
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service ability
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
