About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking multiple high calibre Service Desk / Desktop Support Analysts (L1-L2) to join a Federal Government organisation based in Adelaide CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated IT professionals who thrive in fast paced environments and can quickly become productive within a contractor setting.
Working within a modern Microsoft centric environment, you will provide frontline technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of business critical systems and services.

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and service desk support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and user access issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Assist with Azure and identity related support activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing L1/L2 Desktop Support or Service Desk support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Exposure to Azure and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Current Australian Baseline Security Clearance.
- Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD.
- Initial 6 month contract.
