Sydney Based Role 
5 Month Contract 
$90-100 p/h including super 
Australian Citizen, NV1 Clearence 


The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Service Desk Analyst to join a fast‑paced ICT Operations team. This role is responsible for providing timely, high‑quality ICT support to internal staff and ensuring a positive end‑user experience.

You will be the first point of contact for ICT enquiries and play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day business operations within a secure, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities As a Service Desk Analyst, you will:
  • Provide first‑ and second‑level ICT support via phone, email, and service management tools
  • Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITIL best practice and service level agreements
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues
  • Support end‑user computing environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialist support teams and vendors
  • Maintain accurate incident records, documentation, and knowledge base articles
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Comply with organisational security, governance, and ICT policies
Essential skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Service Desk or ICT support role
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and standard enterprise applications
  • Working knowledge of ITIL‑aligned service management processes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues efficiently
  • Sound understanding of information security principles
Desirable skills and experience:
  • Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments
  • Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (or similar)
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments

  • Applicants must be Australian citizens
  • The successful applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a NV1 Clearence
