Service Delivery Coordinator

An organisation delivering critical Defence ICT services is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support ongoing sustainment and service operations within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day service activities, managing escalations, and supporting the Materiel Sustainment Agreement (MSA) across a large-scale capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day IT service delivery and sustainment activities.
- Support MSA management and track service performance against targets.
- Assist with incident, problem, and escalation coordination.
- Work with SMEs and vendors to support issue resolution.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT support, service coordination, or ICT environments.
- Understanding of ITIL or service management processes.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
Additional Requirements
- Must hold an active NV2 Clearance
- Exposure to enterprise technologies (e.g. Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware)
- Experience with Service Request Management (SRM) or EUC environments.
- Defence or Government ICT experience.
