About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for test planning, execution, and reporting across concurrent projects. You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements, identified risks, and overall program objectives.
You will contribute to both manual and automated testing, support continuous improvement within the testing function, and play a key role in knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and execute manual and automated tests across multiple projects concurrently
- Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test reports
- Review test cases to ensure accuracy, completeness, traceability, and risk coverage
- Participate in the review of requirements and specification documentation
- Analyse system and business requirements to design effective and comprehensive test cases
- Manage defects end‑to‑end, including logging, tracking, and reporting using JIRA
- Identify and contribute to testing capability uplift and process improvements across both manual and automation practices
- Support knowledge transfer and collaboration across team members
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
- Hands‑on experience with the Tricentis TOSCA testing suite (certification desirable)
- ISTQB certification (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience working on complex enterprise and/or government programs
- Proficiency with defect management tools, particularly JIRA
