In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join a major digitisation program delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions for a high-impact online services platform. This is your chance to work in a collaborative, flexible team environment where your technical expertise will help shape modern digital services for Queenslanders.
What you’ll be doing
- Scoping, developing and maintaining applications using React.js in an Azure cloud environment
- Managing Azure DevOps services including pipelines, repositories and artifacts
- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, testers and subject matter experts
- Scoping and translating user stories into clear technical specifications
- Building and maintaining technical documentation and solution architecture
- Driving quality outcomes by ensuring adherence to industry and organisational standards
- Leading by example and supporting a high-performing, engaged development team
What you need to bring
- 5+ years' experience working with React.js and Microsoft-based technologies
- Delivered complex digital solutions within Azure environments
- Configured and maintained Azure DevOps pipelines and repositories
- Translated business requirements into scalable technical outcomes
- Produced well-documented, secure, and maintainable code
- Worked within diverse and collaborative teams across large-scale programs
Bonus points for…
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Previously experience working in public sector or large enterprise environment
- Hands on experience in ASP.NET, HTML and CSS in full-stack development
- Exposure to modern design patterns and solution architecture best practices
