This role is ideal for an experienced developer who understands complex systems, enterprise architecture, and the bigger picture. You will work within a mature environment alongside cross functional teams to design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build custom features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Deliver reliable, scalable solutions supporting core platform capabilities and Field Service operations.
- Architect and maintain stable integrations using APIs, secure authentication patterns, and resilient error handling.
- Contribute to development standards, perform code reviews, and support platform governance.
- Optimize platform performance, data models, and security rules across a multi org environment.
- The Ideal Profile:
Practical experience with Salesforce Field Service combined with strong OmniStudio development is considered the ideal background for this role.
- Core Technical Stack:
Strong hands on experience with Apex and LWC.
- Engineering Mindset:
Deep understanding of governor limits, bulkification, data modeling, and secure coding practices.
- Communication:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills to translate complex business needs into clean technical design.
- Enterprise Experience:
Proven experience working in large scale environments like Banking, Financial Services, or Telco is highly regarded, as real world engineering depth is valued above formal certifications.
