Senior Project Manager – Defence Sector

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex end-to-end projects in the Defence sector. You’ll be responsible for leading large, multi-year programs while managing several smaller projects running in parallel.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-value Defence projects from initiation through to completion
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple workstreams
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Build strong relationships with Defence clients, suppliers, and partners
- Significant experience as a Project Manager in the Defence industry
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, end-to-end projects
- Experience running multiple smaller concurrent projects
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Current or the ability to hold Australian NV1 Security Clearance
