We’re partnering with a leading Australian systems integrator to recruit an experienced Senior Microsoft Technical Consultant. This role supports government and enterprise clients across the Canberra region, delivering secure, modern Microsoft solutions.

The Role
You’ll lead technical delivery across Microsoft‑focused projects, shaping secure architectures, guiding consultants, and working closely with customers to uplift environments in line with Essential Eight and ISM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops and capture technical requirements
  • Design and implement Microsoft solutions (on‑prem, hybrid, cloud)
  • Provide technical leadership across project engagements
  • Conduct system discovery and analysis
  • Produce high‑quality documentation
  • Execute upgrades, changes, and implementations
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years IT project delivery
  • Strong Microsoft expertise: AD, M365, SOE (MDT/SCCM/Intune), AVD/RDS/Citrix
  • Experience delivering Essential Eight / ISM‑aligned solutions
  • PowerShell and IaC automation skills
  • Endpoint management knowledge (RSoP, allowlisting, baselines)
  • Exposure to IAM, SIEM, Monitoring, SASE tools
  • Excellent communication skills
