AWS Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Automation Focus

Are you a cloud-savvy engineer with a passion for AWS and automation? We’re currently seeking an experienced AWS Engineer to join a fast-paced technical environment, supporting the development and ongoing improvement of cloud-based infrastructure and services for our 

You’ll play a hands-on role in designing, deploying, and optimising scalable cloud solutions, while ensuring security, performance, and reliability across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building, maintaining, and optimising secure AWS infrastructure environments using best practices and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Automating provisioning, monitoring, and deployment pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Collaborating with developers, architects, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and services.
  • Implementing security controls, cost optimisation strategies, and system monitoring.
  • Troubleshooting cloud-based issues and ensuring high availability and resilience across systems.
Technical Experience We’re Looking For:
  • Proven background working with AWS services(e.g., EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
  • Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerisation(e.g., Docker, ECS/EKS), and modern DevOps tooling.
  • Strong scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
  • Understanding of security in the cloud and the Shared Responsibility Model.
