We're partnering with a leading Australian technology business seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing product engineering team.

The Role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable web applications while contributing to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and team capability uplift.
You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, helping to deliver new product capabilities while ensuring solutions remain secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain modern web applications
- Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across the full stack
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Champion engineering best practices, code quality and automated testing
- Mentor and support other engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps and operational excellence initiatives
- Proven experience in a Senior Software Engineer or Senior Full Stack Engineer role
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
- Experience building and integrating with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and design patterns
- Experience with automated testing and quality-focused development practices
- Exposure to cloud-based environments and modern DevOps practices
- Experience working within Agile product teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Experience with modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Buildkite
- Exposure to cloud-native, containerised or serverless environments
- Experience working in product-led technology businesses
- Background in financial services, SaaS or other regulated industries
