In collaboration with the Queensland State Government,
Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced Front End
Developer
to join a high-performing project team focused on building modern, scalable digital solutions. You’ll collaborate with skilled professionals across architecture, analysis and testing disciplines to deliver innovative outcomes in a flexible, supportive and inclusive environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing solutions within an Azure environment using React.js and Microsoft-based technologies
- Managing Azure DevOps services, including pipelines, repositories and artifacts for efficient CI/CD processes
- Ensuring all solutions align with standards, frameworks and departmental requirements
- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, testers and SMEs to design, build and document technical solutions
- Translating system requirements and user stories into robust technical specifications
- Maintaining clear and accurate technical documentation and as-built records
- Providing technical leadership that fosters learning, quality delivery and continuous improvement
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering complex solutions using React.js and Microsoft-based technologies(5+ years)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps administration, including pipelines and repositories
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern development frameworks
- Familiarity with source code management and iterative development practices
- Capability in building integrations across multiple domains and systems
- Track record of collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams in a project delivery environment
Bonus points for…
- Experience delivering software in Government environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft ASP.NET, HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of modern design patterns and scalable architectures
- Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
