You will work closely with a delivery vendor responsible for building the core platform, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality technical outcomes. This role offers a strong balance of hands-on development and technical leadership, with the opportunity to influence how solutions are designed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Build and manage integrations using APIs, Azure services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate
- Contribute to the establishment of development standards, best practices, and governance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers within the team
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver effective solutions
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across the delivery lifecycle
- Extend platform capabilities using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Experience designing and delivering system integrations using APIs and Azure services
- Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture and security models
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and support to development teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with Power Pages or external-facing portals
- Exposure to Centre of Excellence (CoE) frameworks
- Previous experience within government environments
