The Opportunity
Roles are available at either Senior Consultant
or Manager/Principal Consultant
level. These positions suit consultants who want to contribute to Federal Government and Defence orientated programs while working closely with experienced peers in a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior Consultant: Coordinate projects, prepare reports/registers, track schedules and budgets, and support stakeholder engagement.
- Manager/Principal Consultant: Lead projects or work streams, build client relationships, oversee junior consultants, and contribute to business development.
- Senior Consultant: Up to 3 years’ program/project management or consulting experience.
- Manager/Principal Consultant: 3+ years’ delivery experience in consulting or project management.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Defence experience and consulting experience highly regarded.
- Must be an Australian Citizen with an active NV1 Clearance.
