What you’ll be doing
- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Build your brand as a specialist in your vertical
- Source, interview and manage candidates using our market‑leading platforms
- Support colleagues and collaborate across the team
- Manage contractors and ensure smooth delivery
- Mentor junior consultants and resourcers (where applicable)
- Recruitment experience in either Software & Testing or Project Services
- Strong consulting, negotiation and business development skills
- A genuine commitment to quality delivery
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great outcomes
