An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join a team delivering secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions. The role will focus on building and managing cloud infrastructure, supporting application platforms, and enabling modern digital services through automation and continuous improvement practices.
This position requires a strong background in Microsoft cloud technologies and Azure infrastructure, as well as the ability to work closely with technical teams, project managers, and cyber specialists to ensure solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and in line with organisational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to deploy and configure cloud resources.
  • Provide Level 3 support for business applications hosted in Azure, including server, firewall, and web application firewall management.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing development of Azure hosting platforms.
  • Manage virtual infrastructure and cloud-based data services.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform code libraries/modules within Agile delivery environments.
  • Support and provide guidance on Microsoft cloud services, including M365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Intune.
  • Oversee large-scale Azure deployments, ensuring optimisation, reliability, and security.
  • Apply infrastructure changes securely and efficiently, following established change management processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cloud-based services and new platform capabilities.
  • Partner with project managers and cybersecurity teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with security requirements.
