About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager to own end-to-end operational excellence for a large, strategic customer in South Australia.
You'll be the primary face of our organisation to the customer, equal parts trusted advisor, delivery leader, and growth driver.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and being fully accountable for all deliverables to a large, complex strategic customer ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded
- Acting as the primary executive relationship holder building trust, navigating complexity, and driving longterm partnership
- Overseeing the planning and execution of programs and projects, keeping delivery on track and stakeholders informed at every stage
- Working closely with operational teams to drive network performance, reliability, and a strong security posture across the customer environment
- Contributing to customer strategy and planning — introducing innovations and future directions aligned with our broader organisational vision
We're open to a range of backgrounds - what matters most is that you can demonstrate the following:
- A solid grasp of project and program management you understand how to structure delivery, manage risk, and keep things moving when they get complicated
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills you're comfortable at the table with senior leaders across complex organisations and know how to build lasting trust
- Experience in government, defence, emergency services, mining, energy, utilities, or any other highstakes environment though we're genuinely open to compelling candidates from outside these sectors too
- A commercial mindset you see delivery excellence and business growth as two sides of the same coin
