In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major Cyber Security Program, delivering initiatives that strengthen cyber security capability and support improved healthcare outcomes for all Queenslanders.
What you’ll be doing
- Scoping current and future state business processes across complex IM/ICT environments
- Leading business analysis activities for cyber security programs and projects
- Eliciting and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Analysing As-Is and To-Be processes using structured modelling approaches
- Collaborating with project managers, technical teams and diverse stakeholder groups
- Supporting seamless transitions from project delivery into business-as-usual operations
What you need to bring
- Relevant experience delivering cyber security initiatives such as Vulnerability Management Services, Endpoint Protection Platforms, Endpoint Privilege Management and Multifactor Authentication,
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end business analysis on large-scale ICT initiatives
- Proven experience capturing As-Is and To-Be process models and detailed requirements
- Strong experience applying business analysis frameworks aligned with BABOK v3.0
- Hands-on experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams
- Well-developed experience communicating through facilitation, consultation and documentation
Bonus points for…
- Practical experience developing user stories, journey maps and dashboard data requirements
- Applied experience analysing data and producing insights using Excel, SQL or Power BI
- Transferable experience working within healthcare, digital health or clinical system environments
