We are currently seeking a Business Analyst
to join one of our clients on a contract basis, supporting a range of business and technology change initiatives across their organisation. This role is well suited to a BA with strong stakeholder engagement skills, solid documentation capability, and a passion for delivering practical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical stakeholders
- Define and document current and future state processes
- Support the development of business cases and change impact assessments
- Work closely with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
- Assist with testing and implementation support as needed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable requirements
- Experience working in project-based environments (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Proficient in BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Work with a supportive team in a well-established organisation
- Play a key role in delivering real business value
