  • Bridge experimental AI and production-grade engineering through rigorous evaluation frameworks and best-practice design
  • Lead the design of features and non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and proactive security remediation
  • Implement automated testing pipelines to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance within regulated environments
  • Document solutions clearly, share knowledge openly, and take ownership of resolving complex technical challenges

What you bring

  • Strong proficiency in Python for building production-ready systems
  • Practical experience with vector databases, data ingestion pipelines, and chunking strategies for complex, domain-specific datasets
  • Strong DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of LLM-specific observability, including model performance monitoring, drift detection, and cost optimisation
Why this opportunity?
  • Collaborative, values-driven leadership environment
  • Hybrid work model built on flexibility and trust
  • Opportunity to contribute to an organisation that values clarity, trust, and genuine expertise
