About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Red Hat Enterprise Linux Engineer
to join a high-performing infrastructure team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll take ownership of RHEL environments supporting critical systems, driving innovation, reliability, and security in a complex, highly regulated IT landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux
platforms across development, test, and production environments.
- Use automation frameworks(Ansible, Python, Shell, etc.) to streamline provisioning, patching, and system configuration.
- Perform system tuning, performance monitoring, and capacity management
to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational, performance, and security-related issues.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver stable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience
working with RHEL in enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong scripting and automation capability with Ansible, Python, or Bash/Shell.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux internals, networking, storage, and system hardening practices.
- Proven experience with Red Hat Satellite
and patch management.
- Exposure to virtualization and container platforms
such as VMware and OpenShift.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Certifications
such as RHCE or RHCSA highly regarded.
