As our Victorian business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and establishing themselves as a trusted recruitment partner within the technology sector.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a successful 360 recruitment career within one of Australia's leading technology recruitment businesses.
You will work closely with clients and candidates, developing your market expertise while building a successful Contract and Permanent recruitment desk with the support of experienced leaders and a collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Contract and Permanent opportunities.
- Conducting candidate interviews, talent mapping, and market research activities.
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client partnerships.
- Providing clients with insights on market trends, talent availability, and salary expectations.
- Sourcing, engaging, and attracting high-quality technology professionals.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and deliver outstanding outcomes.
About You
You are an ambitious recruiter who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and building long-term professional relationships.
- Previous experience in recruitment, agency recruitment, sales, account management, customer engagement, or business development.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn new markets quickly.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and resilient approach with a desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
