We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join a high-profile digital transformation initiative. This contract opportunity will suit a quality-focused professional who combines strong automation engineering capability with hands-on API and manual testing experience.
The successful candidate will help deliver quality outcomes across complex business-critical applications, working closely with delivery teams to design, build, and maintain robust automated testing solutions while contributing across the full testing lifecycle.

- Collaborative Agile delivery team environment
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Build and execute API and integration test suites using industry-standard tooling.
- Create both manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing activities.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support test management processes.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Playwright.
- Strong background in web application and API testing.
- Experience with Postman, API automation, and command-line test execution tools.
- Proven capability in manual testing, test design, and exploratory testing.
- Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript development skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with enterprise CRM or customer-facing business platforms.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab, or similar DevOps ecosystems.
- Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies.
- Relevant testing, automation, or platform certifications.
