In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Procurement Systems
to lead the delivery and implementation of the Queensland Procurement Solution (VendorPanel platform). This role is a fantastic opportunity to drive process improvement, digital transformation, and change management while engaging closely with senior stakeholders and vendors.
What you’ll be doing
- Scoping, planning and delivering the procurement systems project
- Managing vendor, partner and stakeholder relationships
- Leading change activities across business units
- Driving data migration and process standardisation
- Facilitating solution design and improvement workshops
- Overseeing governance, reporting and risk management
- Coordinating resources to meet time and budget targets
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering procurement or enterprise system projects
- Proven success managing vendors and implementation partners
- Background applying agile project methodologies
- Experience managing risk and resolving issues
- Strong ability to digitise and streamline processes
- Background engaging stakeholders across functions
- Experience preparing clear project reporting and updates
Bonus points for…
- Demonstrated success delivering VendorPanel or SAP FieldGlass projects
- Proven capability improving procurement or ERP processes
- Background applying ADKAR or other structured change models
- Track record uplifting data integrity and governance practices
- Strong history embedding digital transformation in government settings
