We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Defence background to lead complex programs delivering cutting-edge passive surveillance technologies for national security applications.

Your Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, engaging Defence stakeholders and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks, embedding industry best practices across operations.
  • Apply Defence-specific methodologies (ASDEFCON, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) to optimize project execution.
  • Manage procurement, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation in a highly regulated environment.
Your Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in Defence project management, ideally within engineering development or surveillance technologies.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects within Defence frameworks, including ASDEFCON.
  • An understanding of ITAR regulations would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to collaborate across Defence, government, and industry partners.
  • High-level communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical information into clear stakeholder reports.
  • Candidates must hold or be eligible to hold Australian National Security Clearance
