In partnership with a leading education provider, Emanate Technology
is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of a major education transformation program. This initiative is focused on turning high-level strategy into measurable outcomes that directly benefit students, educators, and school communities.
What you will be doing
You’ll be leading the delivery of one or more strategic projects within a broader transformation initiative. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for:
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinating resources and tracking progress against milestones
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication
- Supporting change management and quality assurance activities
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and governance frameworks
- Preparing reports and documentation for steering committees and leadership
What you need to bring
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within structured program environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, DevOps)
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
- Qualifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Eligibility to work in Australia and hold a current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and pass a National Criminal Check

Important to know…
- You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
- You must have the ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
- You must hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children
