We're currently seeking a mid-to-senior level Project Manager to lead and deliver critical infrastructure and network projects across high-profile government and commercial clients. This role will have a strong focus on secure environments and Defence-related programs, requiring exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage delivery across multiple streams.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering complex IT projects (infrastructure, cloud, networks) with both onshore and offshore teams, driving scope, schedule, and financial outcomes with confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex infrastructure, network, and secure ICT environments
• Own the delivery lifecycle including scope, planning, risk, resources, financials, and client communications
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, navigating multiple priorities with professionalism
• Manage multiple mid-scale projects or a large-scale engagement in parallel
• Champion quality, governance, and compliance across all project activities
• Identify value-add opportunities within accounts to grow and extend engagements
• Work within structured PMO frameworks and contribute to project/process maturity
About you:
You’re a confident, delivery-focused PM with strong commercial acumen, comfortable managing enterprise-level technology programs with significant stakeholder oversight. You thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments and are well-versed in Defence or government operations.
What you bring:
• 5+ years experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure or network programs
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery outcomes across technical environments
• Experience working in secure environments (Defence or Federal Government)
• NV1 or NV2 clearance (mandatory)
• Experience navigating enterprise/government stakeholders across engineering and executive levels
• Strong documentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) highly regarded
Rate: $1000 - $1150 per day depending on level of experience
