What you’ll be doing
- Own the delivery of the AWS & Azure 2.0 program from start to finish - keeping things on track across scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Set up and run the project properly (plans, timelines, dependencies, reporting, governance).
- Work closely with cloud, security, architecture, and business teams to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
- Manage vendors and partners, making sure they deliver what’s been agreed.
- Stay on top of risks, issues, and dependencies - no surprises.
- Coordinate change and rollout so the business is ready as the tech lands.
- Track budget and benefits, ensuring the project delivers real value.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates.
- Make sure everything is handed over cleanly into operations at the end.
- Clear project plans, timelines, and tracking (risks, issues, dependencies).
- A stakeholder engagement approach that keeps the right people involved at the right time.
- A delivery roadmap covering key cloud uplift activities (architecture, security, onboarding, integrations).
- Regular status updates for leadership and governance forums.
- Well-managed risks and issues, with clear actions and outcomes.
- Vendor deliverables signed off and meeting expectations.
- Smooth rollout and transition into business-as-usual.
- Final project wrap-up including outcomes, learnings, and benefits delivered.
