Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension)
About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Controller to support the delivery of key projects within a dynamic environment. This 12-month contract is ideal for a junior Project Manager or experienced Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle.
Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of projects across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project schedules, plans, and reporting artefacts
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies
- Assist with project governance, including documentation and reporting
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and project updates
- Support financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Help drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project methodologies
- Experience in a project coordination, project support, or junior project management role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Exposure to project financials or resource management
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications)
- Experience working in a corporate or consulting environment
