Project Controller (12-Month Contract) Location: Adelaide, SA
Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Controller to support the delivery of key projects within a dynamic environment. This 12-month contract is ideal for a junior Project Manager or experienced Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of projects across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain project schedules, plans, and reporting artefacts
  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Assist with project governance, including documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and project updates
  • Support financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Help drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project methodologies
About You
  • Experience in a project coordination, project support, or junior project management role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Exposure to project financials or resource management
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications)
  • Experience working in a corporate or consulting environment
