Program Scheduler – 12-Month Federal Government Contract

You will work closely with program leadership to interpret resource data, identify interdependencies, and assess impacts on schedules. This role is less about traditional project management and more about enabling effective decision-making through accurate, data-driven scheduling and resource allocation.

- Maintain and evolve the master program schedule, transitioning from MS Excel to MS Project, with potential future adoption of an enterprise tool.
- Identify interdependencies across the program and assess their impact on priorities and resource allocation.
- Input and manage program data in databases, with a move towards building dashboards in Tableau to support reporting and analysis.
- Provide high-level resource estimates and capacity forecasts to guide program planning.
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure scheduling aligns with strategic priorities.
- Contribute to governance processes related to resource and scheduling accuracy.
