A federal government agency is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead major ICT, data, and capability uplift initiatives across a national security and law‑enforcement environment. This role supports complex, mission‑critical transformation programs with multi‑agency stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, governance and delivery of multi‑stream ICT and capability programs in both ongoing and greenfield environments.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and program‑level benefits realisation.
- Oversee delivery of data‑driven initiatives and ensure successful operational integration.
- Provide strategic reporting, assurance and advice to senior executives.
- Ensure new capabilities are embedded, adopted and delivering intended outcomes.
- Mentor delivery teams and uplift program and stakeholder capability.
- Proven experience delivering large ICT or capability programs within national security or policing environments.
- Strong background in data‑centric programs, including data security or data integration.
- Advanced governance, risk management and benefits realisation skills.
- High‑level communication and senior stakeholder engagement capability.
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and managing vendors in highly secure and complex settings.
- Active minimum NV1 Security Clearance required.
