Program Delivery / Technical Lead – Federal Government
12-Month Contract + Extensions | Canberra | NV2 Clearance Required
Program Delivery / Technical Lead role to support a large Federal Government department with the preparation of Statement of Requirements for an approach to Market.
This role will lead the tender process for a Windows 11 MOE and Applications Packaging Support Approach to Market— Overseeing & leading the transition of new services or providers, manage vendors, and ensuring smooth, high-quality outcomes against key SLAs and KPIs.
Key Duties
- Manage technical transitions and service readiness
- Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and risk management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and documentation
- 5+ yrs in technical or service delivery roles
- Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD & Exchange knowledge
- Experience with PowerShell, MSI/MSIX, SOE deployment & cloud
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work within Agile frameworks
- Active NV2 Clearance
