We're partnering with an innovative software business seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of a suite of products and drive their ongoing evolution. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, developers and QA teams to shape product strategy, prioritise delivery and ensure solutions provide meaningful business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business and customer objectives.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyse and validate product requirements.
- Travel nationally to meet with customers, understand business challenges and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into user stories, feature specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Partner closely with development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead backlog refinement, feature prioritisation and release planning activities.
- Evaluate and prioritise enhancement requests, balancing customer demand with strategic goals.
- Review and manage defects, ensuring issues are triaged, prioritised and resolved effectively.
- Champion product quality through testing oversight and close collaboration with QA teams.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or product-focused role.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs and prioritising competing demands.
- Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Experience working closely with software development and QA teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
- The willingness and flexibility to travel nationally as required.
