As our Victorian business continues to grow, we are looking for an established Senior or Principal Consultant who is passionate about building long-term client partnerships, delivering exceptional outcomes, and contributing to the continued growth of our Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with clients as a trusted advisor and adding genuine value beyond the recruitment process.
You will lead senior-level search mandates, deliver tailored talent solutions, and build meaningful partnerships with organisations across Melbourne's thriving technology sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Business Development & Relationship Management: Develop and grow a portfolio of valued client partnerships through exceptional service, market expertise, and consistent delivery.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner directly with technology leaders, providing insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Dual-Desk Recruitment: Build and grow a successful Contract and Permanent recruitment desk with the support of a recognised and established brand.
- Brand Representation: Represent Emanate Technology across industry events, networking opportunities, and the broader technology community.
- Team Contribution: Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative culture built on high standards and collective success.
About You
You are a proven 360 agency recruiter who enjoys autonomy, building trusted relationships, and delivering outstanding results for both clients and candidates.
- Proven experience running a successful 360 recruitment desk with a strong track record of developing and growing client relationships.
- Experience in technology recruitment is highly regarded. We also welcome high-performing recruiters from other agency specialisations looking to transition into the technology sector.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders.
- Passionate about delivering quality outcomes, building meaningful relationships, and growing your desk through credibility, expertise, and exceptional service.
- A collaborative team player who values integrity, quality, and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.
