What you’ll be doing
- Meeting clients & contractors, building relationships, prospecting, closing, and exceeding client expectations
- Recruiting top IT Project Services talent, managing end-to-end candidate processes, with support from Talent Consultants as required
- Work collaboratively with your peers to leverage existing relationships to open doors for yourself and your colleagues
- Help shape marketing strategies to build new client pipelines
- Manage contractors to ensure seamless delivery
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
- Mentor and train junior consultants (where required)

What we’re looking for
- Proven recruitment experience in technology, transformation, or project services
- Strong consulting, account management, business development and people skills
- A track record of building and maintaining quality client and candidate relationships
- Resilience, passion, and the drive to deliver outstanding outcomes.
