In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer
to drive the implementation and optimisation of a modern PPM Tool using Microsoft technologies. This role blends technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and low-code development to support digital transformation and enhance business efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
- Scoping and prioritising enhancements, bug fixes, and tasks using Microsoft DevOps
- Managing deployment across Development, Test, and Production environments
- Troubleshooting system issues to maintain tool reliability
- Engaging with stakeholders to support phased implementation and user adoption
- Transitioning manual workflows to streamlined digital processes
- Identifying risks and proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth delivery
- Leading change discussions to guide technical design decisions
- Maintaining user roles, permissions, and tool security standards
- Developing Power Apps solutions tailored to business needs
- Automating processes with Power Automate for improved efficiency
- Creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborating with users to gather requirements and deliver value
- Integrating Microsoft services and third-party applications
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Knowledge applying DevOps principles to manage change and releases
- Background supporting enterprise-level tool implementation and adoption
- Ability managing stakeholder engagement in a complex environment
- Track record providing technical guidance on scalable design
- Proficiency maintaining secure, maintainable application environments
- History collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating needs into tech solutions

- Experience delivering solutions in government or highly regulated environments
- Knowledge supporting complex tool migration from manual to digital
- Familiarity integrating Power Platform with external applications and services
- Practice leading agile delivery and prioritisation of development tasks
- Understanding applying security and governance within Microsoft 365 ecosystem
