We’re seeking a highly organised Portfolio Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting multiple portfolios. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative, financial, and operational tasks. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery across projects and business-as-usual activities.
What You Will Be Doing As a Portfolio Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support across a range of activities, including:
- Resource Management – onboarding new starters, managing extensions, and coordinating offboarding.
- Project Support – preparing meeting minutes, maintaining secure repositories, and assisting with project artefacts.
- Contract Administration – tracking, maintaining, and supporting the development of Statements of Work, variations, and renewals.
- Financial Coordination – processing invoices, reconciling spend, and maintaining finance workbooks in line with organisational cycles.
- Stakeholder Engagement – liaising with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in administrative support within complex environments.
- Familiarity with financial processes such as invoice management and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in contract management and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of project governance frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools such as DocuSign and finance systems.
- Previous exposure to onboarding/offboarding processes for contingent labour.
